Mozart and Allegri RFMS Autumn Concert

Allegri Miserere and Mozart Symphony No 38 with the Royal Free Music Society.  Tickets: £10 in advance or £12 on the door.
Full-time students/unwaged: half-price. Children: free

Belshazzar’s Feast — Philharmonia Orchestra, Edward Gardner

Where: Royal Festival Hall

Come and sing Parry & Howell — Choir of St Michael’s Church directed by Richard Miller.

When: Sunday November 12th
Where: St Michael’s Church, Camden Road NW1 9LQ

Event in aid of the Rohingya Refugee Crisis. The repertoire is Parry’s Songs of Farewell and Howells’ Requiem (in honour of the composer’s 125th birthday celebrations).  Free but with a collection.

Mendelssohn / Vaughn Williams — North London Chorus with the Swiss Contrapunto Chor.

When: Saturday November 25th, 7.30pm
Where: Assembly Hall, Shoreditch Town Hall, EC1V 9LT

North London Chorus and Zurich’s Contrapunto Chor, directed by Murray Hipkin, perform music of the forest at night.  Our guests specialise in modern English music.

In tonight’s concert: Mendelssohn’s Die erste Walpurgisnacht, Vaughan Williams’s  In Windsor Forest and the premiere of Byzantium – A Choral Cantata by Contrapunto Chor’s musical director Beat Dähler.
