The North Camden Chorus in north London starts back again this September for our Autumn term. This term we’ll be singing Haydn’s “Marie Theresa Mass”. We’ll also do some shorter Christmas pieces. The Haydn is new to the North Camden Chorus and is one of his six masses. There are some great, but challenging, solo parts to wow our audience.
We’ll be loaning out copies of the music as usual, but if you’d like to buy your own score, either the New Novello or Novello editions will work.
Dates for your diary
Our first rehearsal will be on Tuesday 19 September.
Rehearsals will then be every Tuesday until 28 November, except for 24 October when the school is closed for half-term.
We meet at 7.30pm, but please come as early as 7pm the first week to register and pick up your scores.
And our concert when we perform all that we’ve learnt this term will be Saturday 2 December. It’s an evening concert and we’ll have a final “dress rehearsal” during the afternoon. More details on that to follow later.
The termly fee will be £60; please bring cash or blow the dust off your chequebook. The fee is just £10 for full-time students or anyone on benefits.

If you can’t make the first week, please drop a line to our choir secretary.
If you’re new or if you’ve changed your address/email etc, please let us know your contact details.
We’re looking forward to seeing you back at choir and singing together again.
