Our new term starts on Tuesday 20 September, and we’ll meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm through to 29 November, except for 25 October which is in the half-term week.

Our autumn concert will be on Saturday 3 December at St Mary Brookfield church.

Vivaldi – Magnificat

Bach – Cantata 62 Num komm der Heiden Heiland

Purcell – Coronation Anthem ‘O Sing Unto the Lord a New Song‘

plus Christmas carols (of course!)

We last performed the Vivaldi and Britten in 2000, so it’s been a while. Bach’s cantata was written for the season of Advent.

If you haven’t sung with us before – please get in touch to join our mailing list to hear more news and updates about this term. You are also welcome to try us out in the first week or so before deciding whether you want to sign up for the rest of the term.

Fees for the term are £50, and a low fee of £10 is charged to students and those dependent on working-age benefits. You can pay by cash or cheque (sorry, we don’t do card payments).

We look forward to seeing you on 20 September. Please arrive a bit earlier than usual – about 7pm so that you can register and get your music scores.
